Team member – Ida Dulińska-Molak

She was affiliated with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology for many years. Since 2016, she has been working on commercialising research for practical applications. Author of many scientific and popularisation publications. To her credit, she has conducted scientific and research projects that ended with market implementation. She has worked for leading cosmetics industry companies as head of the Legislative and Scientific Department at Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratory and Manager of Development and Scientific Research at Dr Koziej Cosmetics Research Institute. For a year, he has supported the Innovation Coach program as a Beauty Industry Expert, where he helps develop innovation among Polish SMEs. Now, she intends to conquer this slightly heavier industry.
